A Journal for you to write in and learn more about yoga and the benefits of meditation and movement. This book has been created from Monica's teaching yoga on the beach for the past 12 years. It includes the faces of many of the beautiful people that live here and have visited over the years.
Our yoga classes have options for beginners and intermediate.
There are 4 - 6 pages of yoga postures with instructions, followed by 4 double lined pages for you to write in with 12 blocks in the book to cover each month of the year.
