Monica teaches all of the classes except for Monday at 845 which is taught by Sandy.
You are welcome to come along to any class. All ages and all abilities are welcome.
All classes have easy options and you are encouraged to work within your own capacity.
Please speak to me before the class if you have any injuries or issues.
You can pay cash on the day, or EFT
Cost $12.50 per class or $25 per week (no contract). No need to book.
All classes go for one hour, and are suitable for beginners - intermediate.
Where: Southern lawn, Suttons beach, Margate, Redcliffe (near The Pavillion)
Bring: Yoga mat/towel, water

What to expect in a Beach Yoga class?
All classes go for one hour and offer beginner-intermediate options. If you are pregnant or have an injury, please let Monica know so she can adjust postures to suit your body. All classes begin with a warm up, then stronger postures, followed by softer postures and a 10 minute relaxation. Yoga is a combination of stretch, strength, recovery and relaxation. The philosophy of yoga is love of self and others. There is no judgement here, only acceptance. Don't worry if you can't do any of the postures, as there are always options. There is no expectation to do what anyone else is doing. There is no competition. Only acceptance. The more you can accept yourself in yoga, the more you will accept yourself in life. Acceptance is the key to softening the resistance and pain in life (and in your body) giving you the freedom to move forward and achieve your desires.
