The benefits of mindfulness and meditation

Meditation will lower your heart rate, blood pressure and stimulate your immunity. Meditation, or relaxation with deep breathing, induces 'happy' hormones (the endorphins) bringing about a sense of peace and calm.
Practiced regularly, meditation will make you younger, happier and healthier. The happier you are, the more happiness you will attract.
