Yin Recovery Yoga class
We are opening our studio for an evening recovery yoga class. Postures will be from 1-5 minutes in the first 20 minutes, then 5-15 minutes for the remainder of the 2 hour class. Classes will be held every second Friday beginning 27th July 2018.
If you have an injury, stressed, burnt out or just need a break - this class will be perfect for you. We will have bolsters blocks and blankets to help you move into a comfortable position during postures. We will finish with a 20 minute meditation.
This is the only class you need to book for.
